Injections of hyaluronic acid and or Radiesse (calcium-based microspheres suspended in natural gel) will lift and restore tissue while smoothing facial lines, wrinkles, and scars.
BELOTERO®
Belotero®, as in Juvederm, is a hyaluronic acid that is a naturally occurring substance in the body. It has several uses for softening facial wrinkles that other fillers are unable to treat. It can be used for vertical lip lines and other superficial wrinkles on the face that are not as deep or that require a lighter and softer product. Lip enhancement can also be achieved using these products. Results will be immediately visible and will last six months to one year.
JUVÉDERM® XC
JUVÉDERM® XC injectable gel is a dermal filler that instantly adds volume to facial tissue and restores a smoother appearance to facial wrinkles and folds such as smile lines, or parentheses, known as nasolabial folds (creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth). BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a purified protein that is FDA approved for the treatment of wrinkles. It is injected into the muscle underneath the wrinkle. The muscle becomes “paralyzed,” and you will not be able to make the facial expression(s) that cause the face to wrinkle. Botox Cosmetic and Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) are used for the treatment of forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, neckbands, and jowls. Botox usually takes full effect within one to two weeks.
