LISA GOODWIN NRCPT, MA
MEDICAL MANAGER
Lisa received her MA certification in 1992 and began her medical career as a Vascular Technician. Her responsibilities included cholesterol screening, phlebotomy, Doppler Ultrasound, and training technicians for other facilities. Lisa transitioned to the field of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Enhancement in 1995. She worked as an operating room circulator, pre- and post-operative patient care, and provided skin treatments, which included Microdermabrasion, Photoderm, and Electrolysis.
Lisa accepted the position of Medical Manager with Beauté Therapies Medical Spa in 2000. She has completed extensive training and is certified for Elos Technology Laser Hair Removal, Skin Rejuvenation, Skin Tightening, Ultherapy, VelaShape, and Venus Freeze Body Treatments. Lisa attended the Dermophisiologique conference in Tuscany, Italy, followed by intensive training in the professional and personal use of their complete skin care line.

Lisa is a pioneer in the skin care industry with over 28 years of experience; she joined Beauté Therapies in 2010. Lisa received a Cosmetology license from Northeast Regional in 1989, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts in 1996 and later received her ACE & AFA certifications. Lisa worked as a spa manager before returning back to school for her Medical Esthetics degree, which she received from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Boston in 1997.
Lisa’s skin care education is extensive and diverse; she has traveled to Europe for hands-on training to learn unique techniques and applications. She received her license in Permanent Makeup in 2001 and specializes in lip and brow tattoo. Lisa holds certifications in laser, Sciton Laser, Elos Technology, Photo-Rejuvenation, Cynosure, Ultherapy, and Venus Freeze.
Lisa has intensive training with Dermophisiologique, the all-botanical skin care line from Italy made with nano-technology. She keeps current with the newest trends, which include LED photo facials, micro current facials, and chemical peels. Lisa’s expertise is reversing the skin’s aging process and her facials have been featured in Palm Beach Society, Palm Beacher and Florida Woman magazines.
ABBY KARASIK
LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Abby became a licensed massage therapist in 1992 after studying at the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Fort Lauderdale. She has been providing massage therapy over the past 21 years in a variety of settings, including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Country Club, and in-home visits. She has been successful in relieving pain and discomfort, as well as increasing range of motion and balance by using massage techniques learned over the years. Methods and modalities include: Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Swedish, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Sports, Active Isolated Stretching, Prenatal, Geriatric, and Seated. Born in Spring Valley, N.Y., Abby came to Florida after receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University. It was years later that she realized that her talent was truly in the healing arts. Abby believes that massage therapy is essential to good health and mental well-being. She takes pride in her relationships with her clients and enjoys helping them achieve their goals.
