Cenegenics Service Coordinators are the face of Five-Star Service at Cenegenics Boca Raton. With a specialized team assigned to each physician, Service Coordinators operate as liaisons between patients and their physicians. The dedicated team of Cenegenics Service Coordinators ensure that our patients are always greeted by a familiar face, creates a helpful dialogue by answering all questions in full detail, and manages ongoing appointment scheduling.



Francesa Greene is a Service Coordinator at Cenegenics Boca Raton, directly assisting Dr. Elissa Calapai’s patient base, ensuring that all requests, from labs to pharmacy orders are promptly completed. Prior to joining Cenegenics Boca Raton, Francesca managed 120 physical therapists at the Life Care of Florida rehabilitation center.
