​Eight Weeks Before Kim Tried Cenegenics Elite Health... ​​

Eight weeks ago, we interviewed former Miami Dolphins player Kim Bokamper on why he came to Cenegenics Elite Health and what his first impressions were of the program. Read on to hear Kim's first experience after experiencing the Cenegenics Elite Health Evaluation, a full day of comprehensive evaluation that all new Cenegenics clients receive upon joining.

My name is Kim Bokamper. I have been looking for a little help with myself from a physical standpoint- more energy, trying to extend my life and extend my quality of life beyond what may the norm, or at least to the point where I feel better for a longer period of time and have more energy.

How did you arrive to Cenegenics Elite Health Boca Raton?​​

​

I heard about Cenegenics, read the ads and was familiar with the name, and I was looking forward to seeing what the results would be. My overall first experience with Cenegenics was very good. I knew it was going to be a long day and I found Cenegenics to be very educational. The staff was fabulous, letting me kno​w every step of the way what was coming and what you were going to need to do during the evaluation, and what they were doing. I enjoyed the physical part of the evaluation, which gave me a benchmark of where I am healthwise. It was certainly much more than what I expected, and I expected a lot. The Elite Health Evaluation certainly went beyond what I had expected to see, and gave me a good springboard to be leading the kind of life I was looking for.

What surprised you the most about Cenegenics Elite Health? 

​

Rather than a traditional doctor's visit, this to me was more about me. Sometimes you go to a traditional doctor and they give you a prescription or medication. This was more about going through these different exercises, both physical, some neurological, bloodwork, and then sitting down and going through each individual aspect that we've gone through the course of the day, and seeing how these are affecting me in a either a negative or positive fashion, and then sitting down with a Cenegenics doctor and going through a plan to take care of the deficiencies that I have got,  and how to accentuate the positive aspects of your health.

How was going to Cenegenics Elite Health different than going to your regular doctor?

​

For me, the overall experience was very unfamiliar to me as opposed to walking into a traditional doctor's office and getting 15 minutes and then being sent you on your way.

What are you goals with Cenegenics Elite Health?

​

My goals are to be more healthy, and being healthy means losing some weight, increasing my fitness level. It means changing my diet, and eating things that I know will be better for me in the long run, and just an overall maintenance of my health. Certain changes will allow me to have a better quality of life in the short term, and in the long run learning about changes I can make for myself that are going to give me a longer extension of my life.

Final thoughts on trying Cenegenics Elite Health?

Cenegenics has given me an indication as to what my issues are, and they have also provided me with a roadmap for me to follow to get beyond what my issues are, to turn those into positives. I am 100% happy with the direction they have sent me into. This is day one for me, but if day one is any indication of what the rest of the program is going to be like, I would recommend Cengenics Boca to anyone that has any kind of ailments - if you aren't feeling well, or you are feeling older than you should, or if you have got some ailments like arthritis etc. I would recommend Cenegenics to anyone that I know who is of an age of 45, 50 and above, that's looking to alleviate pain withut medication. I am not a drug guy, I am not a prescription guy, and to go somewhere where you can improve your quality of life without having to go through a litney of drugs...I would recommend it to anyone who wants to move themselves in that direction.  I want to live my life on my terms alone, and that's what Cenegenics Elite Health Boca Raton has allowed me to do.
